From what I understand, the goal is not to create a completely new Help Center in English.
The Help Center already exists today in German, Italian and French. These languages are already part of the current structure, and the idea is to keep this setup as it is.
What we would like to clarify is whether it is possible to publish specific articles in English within the existing Help Centers, without having to recreate the full Help Center structure in English.
In other words, the need is not to translate the entire Help Center into English. The objective would simply be to have the flexibility to add individual English articles when required.
For example, if a specific topic, process or customer communication needs to be available in English, we would like to know if this article can be created and published in English while keeping the rest of the Help Center unchanged.
The main question is therefore whether Zendesk supports this kind of setup: using English only for selected articles, while the Help Center itself remains mainly available in German, Italian and French.
It would also be helpful to understand how this would work from a practical point of view. For example, would English need to be added as an additional Help Center language globally, or is there another way to manage English articles only for specific cases?
The goal is to find a solution that is simple and clean, without creating unnecessary complexity or duplicating the whole Help Center.
